Arielle Interned at Fermi Lab

Arielle Pfeil was a part of the 2017 QuarkNet Summer Internship at Fermil National Accelerator Lab June-August 2017. The program focused on the South Pole Telescope with a collaborative team from Fermilab and the University of Chicago. Her work consisted of developing testing equipment for detectors being implemented on the telescope. This work contributes towards a goal of more accurately characterizing emissions from the early universe. Read more on her work completed here.
